Admitted to A&E Mon pm with AF-released Tues pm with Bisoprolol 2.5mg & Edoxaban 60mg. Prev AF was 20 yrs ago but always daily palps/ectopics. Resting pulse went down to 48-55 (usually 60-80). I am 77 yrs old, not overweight, 5'8". Spoke GP re-low pulse concern, changed Bisoprolol to 1.25mg but low pulse continues. Is this ok? Micron5

I'm no doctor but my 1.25 mg dose of the same drug lowered my heart rate to about 45 ish.

Get back on to your GP if you are worried.

Hope this helps and good luck
