PB!!! Really pleased with myself today! 😁 Took a break from treadmill and did a bit of road running as couldn’t break 5K in under 38 minutes! I find road running much harder so it’s obviously helped - 5K in under 34 minutes on treadmill! 10 months post heart attack I’m running 5K regularly! I don’t think I could have said that 10 months pre heart attack! 💔⏭🏃‍♀️

Thanks have to go to Thatwasunexpected as he has inspired, motivated and calmed my anxieties about pushing myself! x

Great work on your running.

I’m 5 months post HA and regularly doing spin sessions and kettlebell workouts, I try not to worry about pushing on a bit within reason.

My fight is with my diet but will get there.
