I have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy how much exercise should I do

I think you would be better asking a doctor that one.It would depend on how severe your condition is but generally light exercise like walking is recommended.What symptoms do you get?

On the Cardiomyopathy UK website there is a page about exercise. At the bottom of page there is an article specifically about HCM and exercise by Dr Maite Tome.

Everyone is different though and as your condition evolves the level of exercise tolerance will change.
