Will I ever be able to exercise again? My heart rate at rest is around the 80 mark but the minute I start moving, even slowly, it shoots to 160 with nothing in between. I’m waiting for an ablation for Atrial Flutters and Atrial Fib. Will this help normalise my heart rate? Ihave to say I’m feeling quite low at the minute as I love walking.
