Changed from 5mg to 2.5mg of ramipril a week ago.I take 5mg amlodipine and 20mg propanolol as well.How long before I would expect to see a change in my bp?

If you haven't by now, then you probably won't. Half life is iirc <24hrs

Ah right, just wondered as tried the same dose change last year but went from 10mg to 5mg...no change then a week later to 2.5mg.After three days blood pressure went up 40 points overnight!Needless to say went back to 5mg same day.Never knew whether it was a delayed reaction to the first drop or reacting to the second...strange!!
