Hello Carl

Welcome to the forum, sorry you have had such a shock, life can be running along ok and suddenly it’s turned upside down. I haven’t had a heart attack but had aortic valve replaced and bypass, someone will be along to give you their experiences, all of us on here have different forms of heart issues, but we all are here to try and help each other if we can, with the virus cardio rehab doesn’t seem to be taking place at the moment, but once it’s up and running it’s definitely worth you doing it, it will help get your confidence back and build your stamina, mixing with other people who have had similar experiences to you really helped my mental health. Made me feel not on my own.

Stay safe

Best wishes Pauline

Hi Carl

I’m from Adelaide and had my HA and 2 stents in RCA 7 weeks ago. I have learnt so much since day one, from others on this site and by doing lots of research. Many will probably have had the same feelings (mental and physical) as yourself. Feel free to ask any questions, worries, etc or if you need to just vent! Good luck and welcome to the club nobody wants to join !

Hello Carl. Puzzled you have hidden yourself so soon. You look vaguely familiar. Are you involved in team building and similar activities. Hope you recover fitness soon.

Welcome! I haven't had a heart attack or stents, I have other heart conditions well controlled by medication and lifestyle. Frankly I'm always awed at the HA+stents folks for the way you all are determined to regain good heart health - you'll find many fellow HA+stents members here to read and chat with.

Again, welcome!

Hi, I'd say please consider that you may be in ptsd at the moment. Take some time out and try to not rush to being as you were.

Be kind to yourself and your family 👍😊
