Trampolining for Lymphatic System

I had my heart attack two years ago and I have been fine since, but recently I have started suffering with swollen legs and ankles (probably due to the warm weather). Its not the first time it has occured and I suspect its not something that will remedy itself unless I tackle the problem! Going "on line" there seems to be a lot of support for older people (82) to take up mini trampolining to to improve health (they say its even better than walking? which I do daily).....but the aspect that interests me is that everywhere they say that it improves the lymphatic system! So I am toying with idea of getting one as it is part of the kit we we use at Rehab. I would be grateful for feedback from anyone who has any experience of using trampolining to assist their lymphatic system or any other comments
