I have received a letter saying I’m at risk due to my underlying health condition, it’s not the same as the stay indoors for 12 weeks one and it’s come from the NHS

I have a bicuspid valve and asthma

Who is it from ?

The one I had from the NHS tells me to stay indoors for 12 weeks because if I catch it I'm more likely to need hospital treatment and also to call 111 immediately any symptoms occur.

Hi it’s from the NHS, there are the first batch which is the one you have but mine just says

Important advice for staying safe from coronavirus

Supporting the most vulnerable in our city that’s why we are writing to you that you are at higher risk of getting ill and therefore needing hospital care due to your underlying health condition.

It gives the same guidelines that we all have to do but to follow letter.

The one I had dated April 1st, from the NHS, told me to stay indoors for 12 weeks and avoid outside contact. If I caught the virus I was more likely to need hospitalisation. It gave contact numbers and websites for food deliveries and such.

Don't panic! And stay safe.
