Tesco on line

Hi everyone it seems that many thought i was joking last post .I was trying to let people know that i went on line yesterday just went on Tesco site and got a click and collect for this Sunday .I was a bit tired after but was amazed i got a slot and thats why the message wasn't clear enough

I knew what you meant and I'm reasonably sure anyone in the Manchester area who read your post went straight to Tesco Online and tried for a slot. I cheered for you being able to get that slot, btw! Were you restricted as to how many of something you could purchase?

My husband picked up our ASDA C&C order this morning (made the last week of March, 13th April was the first available slot). I'm already making a new list in anticipation the next available slot is going to be sometime towards the end of May the way things are looking now.

My little town has a small supermarket and we're using that for fresh fruit and veg. We are regular customers at the local butcher and he delivers. So I'm using the ASDA for paper goods, bin liners, tinned goods - in short, nothing cold and nothing fresh.

I am doing all of my shopping in the village shop about 3 miles from home, no queues and they sell most things I need! They also have meat from the butcher in the next village, fish from a local merchant and veg from local farms.

They will deliver too if needed.
