Ah, thanks. I'll have a word with Croydon to see if they fancy doing that, but I think they're referring people to a web-based programme called "Activate Your Heart" (which I couldn't cope with - my brain has struggled with this heart failure thing, and AYH smacks very much of the "be kind to yourself" cognitive behavioural therapy solution which didn't work for me). I got hold of Croydon's warm up & cool down exercises (missing out the intense bit in the middle), and do those with my neighbours 3 times a week
