I trained to be a personal trainer and then rehab trainer after my first few surgeries so I could do volunteer work with the hospital and other heart disease sufferers. Coming in very handy now that all gyms are closed. Sorry I can’t train any of you over in the UK but I would miss the sunshine here. Take care and stay well. BTW - I keep getting told that in my 60s with 8 bypass grafts and 4 stents, dystonia, diverticulitis etc that I should stick to walking, luckily my cardiologist and GP are more up to date.

You too. My wife and I are living like we did when first married 42 years ago - there were virtually no cafes, few cinemas etc and I was an apprentice so we had no money. We use Zoom a lot for our business so do lots of Zoom with our grandsons. Our nearly 3 year old grandson, the youngest, turns to our daughter (his mum) and say turn nanny and pop off, I want the Wiggles!
Who said you should stick to walking as it wasn't your medical team?

Exercise physiologists at rehab, some rehab nurses at a conference I was speaking at, personal trainers I know. None had heard of Ulrik Wislof and his research.
