who is at risk?

Hi, I do not have clear who is classified as being at risk. I have not received a letter yet, but I am supposedly a person with a long term condition.

Does anybody know if having miocarditis puts you in the list of high risk people?

Any way I think we all are at risk because there is loads of healthy people without any medical conditions getting critically ill.

Now that Prince Charles has it I wonder how at risk he is .
