Bisoprolol and chest pain

I had a HA on 31/12/19, had 4 stents fitted in my right coronary artery (one of which was joined together). I am on:

15mg of Lansoprazole

75mg soluble aspirin

10mg Prasugrel

5 mg ramipril

2.5mg Bisoprolol

20mg atorvastatin

Over the last 10 days or so I have had an uncomfortable mild chest tightness but have continued to carry on as normal. It does not get any worse with exercise (exercise bike, cross trainer, rowing machine etc) and is not relieved by GTN. Seems worse on my right side (not my heart side) so I am at a loss as to what is causing it? I have to say that with my cardiac rehab classes being suspended I used my home gym equipment (exercise bike, cross trainer, rowing machine etc) so perhaps I have overdone it?

Would appreciate your thoughts?

Many thanks.
