My husband received mechanical heart valve replacement. now 12 years post-op, is he more vulnerable to contract Coronavirus? He is now 55?

Hi from what I have heard the answer is No I suggest you read the BHF post on Coronavirus. It says about the Risk.

Thank you. I’ve read that but it refers to heart disease. I’m not clear if you are still considered to have heart disease once your valve has been replaced.
