Just looking at my Blood Pressure reading over the past 7 days ( Heart Failure Clinic this afternoon ) and my Nurse likes me to take a weeks readings in with me. My readings used to be around 90/60 50ish pulse. Cardiologist stopped Isosorbide, Candesartan and Furosemide to increase BP prior to Entresto !!
After almost 12 months on Entresto Mid dose 49/51mg readings are
I hope with these readings I can progress today to 97 - 103mg the max dose of Entresto
With BP and HR I feel pretty good still a little breathless at times but nothing else is bothering me !!! I still find it quite amazing just how small tweaks to meds make such big differences I was at 90/60 for ages prior to changes. Bisoprolol has stayed the same at 7.5mg so HR is changing a little, I will ask today does Entresto alter HR even when on Bisoprolol !!
Hope it helps others on Entresto to see changes and not to be overly concerned !!!
Regards

Yes it is strange how the blood pressure levels out although the medication remains the same. I was concerned when I started the Eplerenone that my BP had gone down to 90/53 but my cardiac nurses said he was not worried and now a week later it is averaging at 100/60 which they say is ok. The 25 mg Eplerenone was making me feel very dizzy if I took it on the morning but I have changed to taking it at night and I feel much better in the morning. Although it says you can take them at any time it does make a difference.
My HR has stayed much the same at 69.
I found that increasing the Entresto dose did not affect me a great deal. I will have to wait until May for my next Echo to see if it has made any difference.
I am not convinced it is doing anything. Still waiting for the new woman to appear!!!
