Advice on WPW syndrome

I'm a 57 Yr old woman diagnosed a week ago with WPW syndrome, left ventricle is hypokinetic and left atrium is mildly dilated, are these conditions related or separate? Could WPW have caused the other issues. I've felt unwell for 5 Yr plus but symptoms were put down to menopause. It's been a whirlwind week and I'm concerned as to do's and dont's. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello and welcome to the forum! I think a good starting point would be to read this NHS link:

Afterwards I would suggest giving the BHF nurses a call to discuss your queries and concerns.
