Coronary artery spasm

I had a severe heart attack last May in the LAD with a trop of 329, I had a stent fitted, since then I’ve had chest pain on and off with a couple of really bad attacks, I’ve been in hospital a few times when pain has been really bad, after the last angiogram I was diagnosed with “coronary artery spasm” I’ve been put on Tildiam 200 , the pain is less but I still get spasm in my heart a few times a day, does anyone else suffer with this heart condition? Welcome to the forum

I have lived with coronary vasospastic angina for over 7 years.

I have vasospasms in my small vessels microvascular angina and large vessels coronary artery spasms.

Vasospastic angina is the term now being used to describe coronary artery spasms

It is not wrll understoidxand commonly overlooked so it's good to hear that your Cardiologist has recognised this problem and started some treatment.

It can take trial and error to find the best combination of medications that work best for you.
