Mild angina or something else?

I have afib and HT, hypothyroidism, high cholesterol and restless legs syndrome. Taking seven drugs daily. Recently have developed intermittent discomfort in chest on exertion or when out in cold weather, or when stressed. I would not call it pain, it feels rather as if a tiny rodent is nibbling away inside my chest. Does this sound familiar to anyone? It doesn't seem to fit with typical angina but I feel that something is definitely wrong
