Sounds like a good idea but the stress of the M62 means I won’t be there.
A weekly meet-up is such a great thing - I go to the one at the teaching hospital about 15 miles away (on the direct bus line so it's almost door-to-door for me and no car park fee, woot!) and I also have a regular loosely organised group in town. I've tucked up tonnes of tips, and other face-to-face support from both groups.
That's two days a week out for me - bonus, we take turns bringing the cake at the hospital one
I would attend a South Manchester meetup in say Chorlton. I'm 54 with triple bp 3 months ago
Bury’s still too far for me. I’m in Yorkshire. I hope you get a group going though. Good luck.
