Just wondering my relative had a massive heart attack four months before me but recently I have been referred to a hf nurse my relative only seen cardiologist once dies that mean he’s ok

Having read people's stories here it is obvious there are many causes and outcomes with heart attacks. It would appear that your relative's did no further damage and can be managed by lifestyle and medication. If there is cause for your concern they can be referred back to cardiolgy. Yours though appears to have caused a degree of damage hence the reduced EF and diagnosis of HF. My understanding is there is a lot of information in the BHF website.
