Hello all well that's me got hgv licence back and started work on Monday. Was told can only work 3 days a week till new year , but thank God doing something 4 months after HA + stent onwards and upwards

Brilliant news & good that you can ease back into things. I'm retired & lost my licence for 6 months so I know how tough it is , let alone if it is your living!! Enjoy XMAS!!

That’s good news. Take it steady and listen to your body - don’t push yourself too hard and don’t be afraid to say ‘no’ or ask for assistance doing something if you need it!
