Effects of lime juice

I must say how grateful i am for the information as it relates to drinking lime water, i was having this constant heart palpitation but i was also using lime water to help with stabilizing my hypotension but but it just wasn't working, i just couldn't get my pressure to stabilize and my heart palpitation was really getting the better of me, but then when i saw the information that the lime water can cause palpitation i immediately stop using it and i am now experiencing great changes. thanks for the information.

Hello and welcome to the forum! Can you post a link to where you saw this. The usual suspects are alcohol, coffee, chocolate and spicy foods. There is also some suggestion that ice cold drinks can trigger palpitations. Dr Google comes up with everything from bananas to stilton!

Although I am sure it does not apply other triggers are smoking and recreational drugs!

Hi you mentioned "ice" triggered palpitations..but i learn and read lots about "ice" relieved palpitation..either having it as drink or just splashing it in your face..
