I'm sure this will have been posted before but I am just reading it now. It's called 'How Not To Die'!!!

Very, very interesting and certainly makes me believe that diet is the way to self-healing rather than the continuous use of the drugs that make pharma companies rich!

Yes I've read this book and found it very interesting.I'm now eating a lot of plant based meals supplemented with some fish and dairy and I've lost four stone as well.

Wow, congratulations! Sounds like it is worth following the guidelines.

I've always had a healthy lifestyle but ended up having a heart attack and stent ( LAD 98% blockage). Medication saved my life and of course the stent. I think that a healthy diet helps but without the medication one will die. Fact.
