I had a mitral valve repair in January.

All went well and 2 weeks ago I was discharged from my surgeon.

He stopped my Riveroxaban and halved my bisoprolol.

Since I changed my meds I have felt increasingly breathless on exercise.

Can anyone shed any light on this before I go to my GP.

Your GP should be your first port of call. We all react differently to meds and you need to explain how you feel to a health professional who has access on-line to probable, possible, improbable etc side effects.
