Elective Cardioversion

Hi

New to the forum. I had an elective cardio version yesterday which was a success. I’m 48 and have had AF for 5 months or so.

All was good until today I got a notification on my Apple Watch saying AF had been recorded in the early hours.

I’m a little worried that it has gone back (if it has) already. Anyone any experiences such as this. I have a check up in 6 weeks with the consultant. Feeling gutted as the past 5 months have been a waste.

Looking for support

Thanks

Jason

Thanks

Had a couple more notifications this evening. So looks like I am back to the drawing board. It’s hard not to get stressed which obviously doesn’t help the situation. I’m not sure what triggered the AF in the first place.

I will see how the next few weeks go and await my consultation in6 weeks
