Know its late as was on a close shift in our restaurant kitchen.

Just googled this for you and it might give you more insight why you can hear your pulse in your ears.

Hope this link will work! Otherwise, copy and paste it into google if you can. Make a doctors appointment and would advise get referred to a specialist. I would get worried too if I were you and have this urgently checked out. Let me know how you get on please!!!

By all means get it checked out in case it is something that needs treatment but the article says " usually there is nothing to worry about". I'm pointing this out because you sound very concerned and are limely to notice the more serious options and miss that bit.

I've had this and it turns out that it was a form on tinnitus brought on by anemia. I got the anemia under control ( it was low iron) and the earbeats disappeared. Get a blood test to your levels

Hi I kept hearing my heart beat when laying down at night . After a four hour flight with earphones in I noticed it had gone so I think it was to do with ears. I had had this for some time Good luck
