I recently visited a cardiologist and received a report saying "Auscultation of chest revealed a soft systolic murmur with audible first and second heart sounds". my ECG was normal with sinus tachycardia.
Can anyone please explain what does it mean and if it is dangerous. My cardiologist requested an echo to be done.
