I joined the NHSdiet forum on Healthunlocked. For a day! They’re very disciplined in terms of posting and meal planning. I didn’t feel my ‘if I used to devour it at speed, in large quantities, it is now off the menu’ was going to cut it! They’re super-active with a number of running threads all v supportive but I know when I finally get the ok to go back to work I will be doing well to read anything more complex than Candy Crush saga in the evening!
