Blocked LAD 50-74%-anxiety madness

Hi all, I thought I’d get this out there as it really is causing me so much anxiety at the minute.

During my recent HA I had 2 stents fitted in RCA which is now 100% unblocked! I do have a 100% blockage of LCX and they want to have a look at this during an MRI for any residual Said possibly been like that for years!

The sobering thing is the cardiologist said that if it’s 100% blocked it shouldnt cause any issues (eg won’t have a heart attack due to this). So I am pretty cool about this one!

The one that still causes me sleepless nights is the LAD at 50-74%! They didn’t even mention this during the briefing the morning after my stent op I read it on my report!

Usual cocktail of drugs in place! I am losing weight and excercising at least 5x per week! Including rehab!

Should I be worried about this LAD?

Just after some thoughts. I would love to be free of this anxiety and depression even if for a few days 😩

James, your a star mate! Made me feel much better already. I am a born worrier and suffer pretty bad anxiety even before all this.

My original HA was indeed a STEMI, and not something I ever want to experience again hence the lifestyle change

Hi Dave, welcome. Gunsmoke has given you great advice, there’s nothing to add except to say my extreme anxiety before HA went through the roof afterwards, counselling and meditation have helped no end. In some ways having the HA forced me to finally deal with my anxiety, which I hadn’t done for years..,every cloud..,
