Are you talking piloting or passengering?

As a passenger you should be OK after about 10 days as long as it is a gentle glide around, i.e. no aerobatics. But run it past your GP as there may be other factors.

Someone I know has a motor glider (mainly for takeoff if no tow available) and that became very convoluted as medical had to be supplemented with 24 hour ECG and a number of tests.

Hope you have an enjoyable flight! ✈️
