Anyone had nodules show up on aCT scan.

Had a pacemaker fitted 8 years ago.Just had my 1st follow up appointment and scan at my GP`request which showed calcification of mitral valve and nodules.Anyone else had nodules?

Yes, apparently it's really common, furthermore if you have open heart surgery they'll often find growths on your lungs and send samples off for a biopsy. From what I can gather, in many cases they don't tell you unless there's a problem or they want you to have a follow up scan.
