Diagnosed with Heart Failure
Hi, I've just come across your post. I was diagnosed with heart failure disease after my HA in August 2017. I go to see my cardiologist every six months and have a echocardiogram/heart scan too. I joined the British Heart Foundation site and found it so informative. They have booklets that you can download on everything to do with your heart. I'm sure even though your in Oz you could still join and benefit from all the help they give. (bhf.org.uk)was told to lose weight, gentle daily exercise, healthy eating and try to limit stress in fact a complete lifestyle change which if serious about living longer it's something fairly simple to do if you put your mind to it. I found that by changing things slowly in my life that I feel fitter, healthier and happy, it's always there in the back of your mind of your diagnosis but having help from BHF really does help. Hoping your starting to feel better and remember this site is always here to try and help.
