feeling dizzy with AF

Hello. I have had AF for 2 years and had an Ablation operation 3 weeks ago. Before the operation i use to find that if i stood still for a short time i would start to feel hot and dizzy, one one occasion passing out. Since having the operation i still have this problem. Although i know you are supposed to go into AF for up to 6 weeks after the operation i wondered if anyone else with AF has this problem either before or after an Ablation. I am wondering if it is the AF causing it or maybe the medication i am on.
