After finishing each month close to the top, I have finally beaten Alan G and 'won' the title for Feb.

Since Xmas I have increased my running and now joining a group of local runners on runs up 15km as well as continuing the 5km weekly parkrun where my finishing times have got progressively quicker over the 15 months (see chart) I have been doing this, my 3 proper runs this year have all been under 28 minutes (I would never have believed that just 6 months ago!).

I'm building up to a 10km race in May where I will be raising money towards my local cardiac rehabilitation, if anyone wishes to support me on this please visit my JustGiving page .... justgiving.com/fundraising/...
