My eldest son survived a cardiac arrest 7 years ago at age 17 and that was how we all became diagnosed, my twins were also effected 5 years ago my daughter died suddenly during dance class aged 15, and 8 months ago her surviving twin brother aged 20 received a heart transplant.life has been a twisty road and I am weighed down with guilt how do others cope with feelings of guilt?
