Post stent muscle aches.

I had a HA 4 weeks ago and had 2 stents in same artery. My best Friend also had a HA 10 days before me and had 2 stents put in aswell. I sometimes get dull aches in my left arm when resting(no chest pain). My Friend says he gets the same thing.This doesn't happen when I exercise. I walk around an hour a day at a good pace with no problems. I have heard that Statins can cause muscle discomfort? I have started Cardiac re-hab and it is great, very re-assuring and helpful. I am new to this group and welcome your thoughts. Stay Healthy and Well everyone!

See my previous post re statin side effects - It is quite possible but I would still discuss it with your doctor for there are changes that can easily be implemented.
