angina and dehydration

Hi all,

I'm looking for advice again. I normally keep well hydrated but yesterday didn't drink enough and had an angina attack. Can dehydration bring on angina?

Indeed it could as it stresses the whole body - there is even an outside chance of a heart attack. In addition the breakdown products of medication and alcohol may not be flushed out of the system.

Where I work p/t management try to ensure staff remain well hydrated as people that are not well hydrated are more tired, have difficulties focussing and make more mistakes. (PS.
