Hi. Last Tuesday I collapsed with chest pain. My troponian levels were over 9000 but my angiogram was clear. My echo showed some left sided heart damage. They diagnosed myocarditis. I am home and on Ramipril and will have a heart mri in a couple of months. I am 44 years old.

This is a nervous time for everybody. We have all been through it. Look at it this way: You have survived, phew! It could take a long time for you to come to terms with what has happened to you and you need looking after, by yourself and health professionals.. You will have good days and days when you will feel down or frightened. We are here to help you through those days.
