I have 2 rehab sessions per week and on the Monday the session is longer to include for a talk. One was by a dietitian, the others have been by the cardiac nurses on various heart related topics. They are also very helpful with questions during the sessions.

I think all rehab sessions automatically include discussion on food and drink. Perhaps issues about the level of activity you should be aiming for between rehab sessions. Any queries you have on medication. Queries on any ongoing symptoms you are having or concerns. Don't worry if you forget to ask something make a note of it and ask at the next session. If there is anything you don't want to ask in front of others ask one of the Rehab Physiology if you can have a quick word at the end of the session. I found the sessions great. They covered a lot of my concerns anyway and often listening to the things others ask really help. Hope you enjoy and have a good experience

Just go with the flow. They usually cover different topics each session, and I'm sure all of your questions will be answered in due course.

Enjoy.👍
