As Hidden said, if your pacemaker is supposed to be keeping you at 60BPM and you have checked your pulse manually and found it to be less than 60bpm then please contact your pacing clinic, and they should check your settings-as they may need adjusting slightly.

I saw my Consultant yesterday. He reckons the drop in BP was due to the Beta Blocker / diuretic I am on and the lack of heart beats was a burst of ectopic beats (half beats that would not have registered on blood pressure cuff I use).
To fix this I am having my drug regime tweaked
