Irregular heartbeats

I am feeling breathless and not well generally

My heart keeps spiking and dropping doesnt stay high or low but can go to 200 and drop to 50 even when i'm walking and can spike when i'm resting i've had a 24 hour monitor just waiting for results feeling scared

any advice please

Don't be scared. If there was anything serious on it they would have been in touch. I suffer from the same. Currently waiting on a recording device being implanted in chest as my episodes are very random. They'll fix you out and worrying about it isn't good for your heart. Take care Shelly. Shiona
