Hello again. I think after a few days I have improved in small ways. I have been keeping track of how much small, wee things I can do. I am looking at my heart monitor on my phone, still trying to find money for one of those smart watches. I have become frustrated mainly with how my at home care was neglected.
We were not sent home with a book or anything to help us navigate what we might expect over these last two weeks. It's been exhausting for my Partner to have to help me with everything. I feel it would have been very good if there had been a brochure with a website reference which explained some of the basics. For example, no one told me not to bend over yet. That really would have been top priority I think.
Yes, I was at one of the top teaching hospitals on the West Coast. You'd think there would have been something.
Is there a really good website that has helped people to understand what is going on post operation?
