One too many dosage of Ranexa and it’s effect. Could anybody update me on this please

It will vary depending on your dose any it's frequency. Ranexa is an anti-anginal drug that works by improving blood flow around the heart. Too much could cause hypotension and associated dizziness, or other symptoms. Besides the dose your weight could play a part - the more you weigh the more diluted some drugs can become in your system. I suggest you ring 111 with doseage and frequency for advice. If there is any reason for concern they can make appropriate arrangements.
