Hi new to this. I was diagnosed with LBBB in January following a problem on holiday in a france. Taking 270g Sotalol and xarelto and mostly ok but still awaiting Cardiac MRI and angio due to happen in June. Just wondered what I should do as have strong palpitations dizziness and tiredness and am travelling. Should I see a doctor? Any advice welcome.

Simple answer is Yes. Clearly things are not right which may well be down to the meds you are taking. You should get them checked - it’s possible they may need to be changed.
