Sleep and rehabilitation

Since my heart attack I have been so tired and slept so much more and so better than before.

Sleep is so important in cardiac rehabilitation, particularly as if you are over 45 you are 200% more likely to have a heart attack if you sleep 6 hours or less a night.

Sleep is as important to our recovery as diet, exercise and medication.

Interesting to read this, i am over 45 and i tends to sleep around 6 hours mark, my sleep was like this pre HA and it has not changed much so not a happy reading that i am 200% more likely to have a heart attack!
