My 58 year old athletic husband has just been diagnosed with angina and is really struggling with the diagnosis and the huge lifestyle change. He would love to chat with someone in a similar position.

Hi Anne I have just come home from hospital after having a stent installed. I had a heart attack walking the dog. I had always considered myself fit having always had a very physical work life. Since retiring I have put on weight and was in a training schedule to lose some. I was worried about the whole hospital ordeal, but can honestly say that everyone at Bedford Hospital was fantastic and was able to have the procedure with no trouble.
