Update since accident

Hi all just a quick update. It is not a pinched nerve , now it is shingles which came on after shock and stress of car accident . The rash appeared on the Friday evening saw GP Monday morning who confirmed. It is so so painful . Wishing you all well xx

Ouch, had that a number of years ago, take care of yourself i know from experience the meds are not that effective. I tried a few home cures, Apple cider vinegar and Lysine

Oooh, hope you'll feel better very soon. My husband had it some years ago. It started when he was giving a week's seminar in Tokyo so he had to keep going & lived on painkillers for the duration of the seminar & the 6 hour flight back to Singapore where we were living then! All the best. Clare
