New Here, Hi everyone

I'm from Ghana, West Africa, and I want to know how we can improve our heart health through regular exercises. How do we sensitize people to get into the act of exercising regularly.

What's your view. ?.

Hello Aaron, welcome to the site. You should find a lot of helpful stuff here but you might be better advised using the BHF website for more general enquiries of the type you have posted here - this site is really targeted at cardiac patients rather than to answer wider public health questions. Having said this, in answer to your question, I’ll quote Tony Blair - education, education, education. You cannot force people to exercise, or to eat well etc., but you can provide information to steer them in the right direction.
