my daughter wants to treat us to a holiday to the channel islands, having

recently been told i have only mild form of angina is it safe to travel by air and

do i need to speak to my gp first. i have been prescribed beta blockers and a blood

pressure tablet

Lucky you 😃. Yes it’s safe to travel by air - it’s only a short hop. It’s not necessary to tell your GP unless it helps you feel more comfortable

Hello , even on a short flight the cabin pressure may cause you some discomfort. Did your GP not give you a GTN spray ??? . I personally would tell your GP or practice nurse just for added comfort, and enjoy your holiday
