Morning all, just a quick question. I wear a 15 mg nitroglycerin transdermal patch daily. I was told to wear it for about 14 hrs a day and leave it off overnight. Last night I forgot to remove it (I do have a reminder on my phone). Should I put it on the usual time today or wait a few hours. It sounds such a silly question when I read it back

No such thing as a silly question. None of us are experts at the beginning, but we tend to know what's what by the end!
Just remove the old one and start using the new one straight away. Transdermal systems are designed to deliver the drug very slowly so your overuse will have had little overall impact on your blood levels. You may have given yourself slightly more active than was intended but it'll be very very small. The worst that will happen is that you might develop a bit of a headache.
Hope this helps
Try not to do it again (but you probably will - we all get it wrong sometimes.)
Good luck
Steve
